Food pics :)

Today's lunch (above) was a salad with leftover turkey taco meat, jalapenos, grape tomatoes, some mozzarella cheese, light sour cream and pico de gallo. (245 calories)
This was last night's dinner (pictured above) a 4oz portion of broiled salmon with a bit of teriyaki sauce, salad with FF balsamic vinegar, and veggie chinese fried "rice". (350 calories)
My lunch yummy. 1 egg fried in a pan with non stick spray, on a toasted everything bagel thin, spread with WW brand garlic & herb cheese wedge and 3 slices of lean ham. 236 calories and worth every single one.
